★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I travelled with Faiz Travels. It was a worst experience of my life. They are absolute cheaters. I was charged for delux Umrah package however Hotel, Transportation and all other services were lesser than a normal Umrah packages. Hotels were quite far from Haram and Masjid-e-Nabwi. In Madinah they made the arrangement with Hotel AL Mehrab in Bengali Market near kabutar chowk. The hotel was not even a single star hotel and hotel staff was extremely rude and misbehaved multiple times. From customer Service point of view, I would rate the hotel less than zero. At the time of contract, I was told that it is going to be a deluxe Umrah and they are aligning me and my father with a family. Hotels would be closest to haram and masjid-e-nabwi. There will be a guide who would conduct the entire trip. I had to make multiple follow ups with faiz travels however no guide, No group was aligned to us. Me and my 77 years old father had to manage everything alone. Its my humble request and suggestion that please be aware of Faiz Travels. They will tell you something and will provide something else. Once you will be Madinah, You will have to contact them back for everything and they need multiple follow ups unfortunately. Trust me it was a crying experience with Faiz Travels. I will not recommend it for any Umrah Package.
