Today i went to submit the mcom form and today was the last date and till 4 pm, but the college gate was closed when i reached at 3.30pm

I can see many praising comments and all the stuff. I would suggest to open your eyes & realize the actual condition of this college. Beautiful building & garden do not make a college, a college /school makes its impression by its pass out students & what they have achieved & doing. I have done computer diploma from this college and M.com also. This college is very historical. It is a govt funded minority college. My great grandfather was a lecturer in this college and my father was also a lecturer in this college. My father is retired now, and great grandfather expired but my father, grandfather, uncles & elder brothers got education from this college. So I have some family attachment with this college. In past this college had the best education in Meerut city but now it is ruined by current teaching staff and principal (till 2017). Teachers are not up to mark because they have not crack any PGT, TGT or CTET exam they just directly posted in this college by bribing 20 to 30 Lacs. So this college has very poor standard of teachers. If you compare faiz e am college with SD Sadar, Cab inter college, DN college, they all are far better from faiz e am because teachers posted in all of these colleges first cracked the state level exam & then faced the interview & posted in the Colleges. Already the level of government college is very low if you compare with CBSE or private college, but minority colleges are worst. Faiz e am has been made political adda instead of education adda. Now the management & teaching staff not taking care of the college. It is right now in very pathetic condition. The surrounding is very notorious for thieves, murderer, this is the problem with Muslims....if they have something, they don't utilize it properly. As a teaching staff and principal (year 2020) it is the responsibility of all of them to uplift the condition of this college. The clerks & staff are so arrogant. They think they are working in Parliament or they are Government employees. On the name Religion & emotion making fool to others Compare Faiz e am with SD Sadar college or CAB inter college Meerut cantt then you will realize the actual standard of Faiz e am

Faiz-e-am Inter College Meerut is the top ranked college in the Meerut City. It's building very beautiful and large.
