★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked agra Mathura vrindavan trip from this Falcon tour and travels... These people will very intelligently make fool of you without you having realize it.
1) the trip is highly unorganized... They make u spend the whole day in agra... And then 1 hr each at Mathura and vrindavan.... When everything is about to close or is closed
2) they pretend to be authentic.... But they are not.... In vrindavan they took us to some random temple at 10 o clock night and then pretended it to be the main temple
Ideally the trip should be 1st Mathura then vrindavan and finally agra.... But its just the reverse.
3) they will stop at some random eating places specially for lunch.... Which wil providie ridiculous food at costly prices... We even had fight with them....
5) finally.... The guides are the biggest manipulator. They will trap u into their money business and comission making... And u will end up making fool out of urself
So beware!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience which i ever experienced today I was on one day delhi agra tour but the behaviour of conductor and driver was very worst even the driver threaten for consequences . Driver left my friend some where in rindhawan and was about to leave then I restricted him and there was also exchange of heat between passengers and driver i am thankfull to all my colleagues who backed me to stop the bus to take my friend back to delhi. And by the way there was some pandit g who has taken all pasenger for darshan and leave them at a place pandit was some bloody fellow of the driver i think he announced in bus that he will take all passengers for darshan and will drop back to bus but left us at temple and my friend became late in this way but the driver was one step up then pandit he started bus towards delhi and was to leave some 2 passenger there who were stranger at that place I request all passenger be carefully before booking. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say, Make My Trip is the real culprit here. They allow an already booked Tour package bus on a regular to-fro route between mathura and delhi. No intimation at all before starting point. Driver told that he will take routes and stop bus on the request of Passengers for which the whole bus was booked. I was laughing out loud for what he said. And I am writing this just before boarding the bus. Frustration at its peak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. Booked the online ticket to Agra from Redbus. At first bus was late by 2 hours. Then we were offered the seats at the last though we were having booking for the particular seats. Bus authority said we have only these seats left if you want to sit or not you don't have option. Completely unprofessional way of handling the customers. Don't know how to talk to the customer. I will advice not to travel with Falcon tour and Travels ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars for Bus and driver and for major part of the tour except shopping part and until we reached Vrindavan (worst exp), However, have to reduce 2 stars for following reasons as seems to be the pattern for most of the tour operators.
1) They take you to shops with whom they have tie ups. I purchased certain Marble items from one of the Shops that they take and I am 100% sure that I had paid 100% extra for items purchased there. Same items are available much cheaper outside. So, my advice is to avoid purchasing from shops where in general tour operators take. Even sweets purchased were expensive.
2) The Last stop at Vrindavan was worst The guide who was very fluent in his subject matter took us to one of the places where every one was asked to donate money in some form or the other like in the name of dead parent to perform some puja extra. At a minimum people ended up spending 650 and some even gave 6000 Rs. for pujas. The main temple for which Vrindivan is known for was not even visited. More than 1 hr was wasted in all these activities. We managed to escape in the middle but from what we hear from other passengers they were not at all happy in the way they were kind of forced in parting with money.. This is subtle coercion and ground is made for the same by the guide through his speach.
3) There is no point in covering so many things in one day. Mathura and Vrindavan were rushed up affairs. At Vridavan atleast main temple could have been shown. Avoid going with Guide at Vrindavan and go locally making sure you return back in time.
4) They should stop at a place where there are multiple restaurant choices and not where we are forced to go to one place and eat whatever quality and price items are provided just as they get commissions.
Same comment was given by some other reviewer Shaunak Sanzgiri but unfortunately nothing has been done to fix this issue. This means management of Falcon tour is not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked Agra Mathura Vrindavan trip from this SHANTI TRAVEL SERVICE from Karol Bagh, They attached us with Falcon tour and travels...
The trip was completely unorganized and incomplete due to guide’s over cleverness, they wasted lot of time by stopping the bus where they can get commission by venders whether it is a sweet stall or food court. The bus was breakdown 3KM before Mathura, from there we had to go by local rikshaw, the temple was closed before we went there, we couldn’t visit the vrindavan also, almost 40 passengers suffered in that trip.
I couldn’t get the refund also from STS.
They will trap u into their money business and commission making... And u will end up making fool out of urself
So beware!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Delhi Agra mathura one day trip via travelzapindia website and they attached with this company.Total third class experience.Only commission based system in which they stop the bus for long hours on local handicraft shop which was said by guide that it is state govt. enterprise but it was a private shop which serve fake products without proper bill.The shopping part was not there in the package
Because of that we missed Mathura trip and sightseeing was of very small duration
It is a very cleverly planned trap to fool people and rob people their precious time for Taj Mahal
Money and time waste.Never book any tour bus for sightseeing trips.
They will show you fake tajmahal at the shop for 1 hour claiming that this tajmahal will give you night view of tajmahal which was fake
Taj Mahal was of only 30 mins which is way less
Agra fort was of only 45 mins
And lunch at commission resturant at the chef's hotel near taj mahal wasting time unessecarily.The prices were high and they forced tourists to buy buffet only and when ordered Veg Biryani they said "1 hour lagega bus chali jaayegi buffet le lo"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers are maner less, hopeless , they are forcing us to have BF , LUNCH and DINNER on selected hotels where they gate commission. I have done agra tour on 12/12/21 & Delhi darshan on 13/12/21.
Both tours drivers were maner less . I have given complent to mr.Aman Varma of INCREDIBLE But yet he didn't reply me. So I will suggest not to book with this company , both the tours are hectic & hopeless.
