★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very cheap and disappointing experience in this supermarket today.let me start here I have been a customer to this shop from day shop has been opened and this morning I bought the products of 359Rs.for which they charged me double and also I had To hear from the owner of the shop over the phone that customers like me come every day and we cannot help it in any way this was his statement over the phone. Despite my debit card and the amount was debited and I had received a message also but the billing counter guy said that the amount has not been received for which I showed him the message on my phone that the amount has been debited already and as it is the machine network error it might take some time to get credited in your account but the amount has been debited already from my account for which the guy took a picture of the message in my phone and also called the owner and said the same and he asked me to talk to the owner when I spoke to the owner first of all he wasJust shouting on the other side and saying madam I have not received the money so I cannot do anything you have to swipe the card for which I said I have been visiting the shop every day regularly so if the amount gets credited back into my account I shall come back and pay you the amount for which he says madam customers like you come every day so I cannot do anything about it andanother card I had to swipe another card And pay double the amount which was almost 700 wherein I bought the products of 359 and both the times the amount was debited from my account and the owner refused to pay back the amount to if you all think I am just doing it to spoil their reputation I am attaching all the screen short along with the bill.this was definitely the way to behave with a customer.they just kept on saying madam you are not understanding.
So DISAPPOINTED with these people I am sure the other branches of families are not the same this one particular shop is just a lootofying shop to be precise
