Living up to their title, they are indeed like family, and treat their patients as one. I have been a regular visitor now with all my dental problems. It all comes very easy to me now whenever I feel the need to get my dental treatment done. I would highly recommend people (even for those staying far) to visit Family Dental Care once to get first-hand experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my dental check up tonight because I was experiencing some problems with my third molar also commonly known as Wisdom teeth. It was around 09:30 Pm and the clinic was empty. After waiting for few minutes I saw a Doctor, he called me in and asked me to lay on the bed for checking.
What I noticed was that he wasn't focused (might be weary) but I was the one who was telling him to check which tooth I had issues with. He wasn't proactive or seemed interested honestly.
I got up from the bed after he checked the teeth I was having issues with.
He asked me for an x-ray. I nodded for it .
He asked me again to lay down on the bed for an x-ray . The x-ray was digitally taken and saved on his PC.
I again asked him to check all the teeth and give me an opinion. Again I was asked to take the bed hahaha.. pathetic.. He did it by counting the teeth (minor or very minor damage/cavity) . He began counting and it came out as 14 teeth.
The overall cost he gave me verbally was around 18000+ (including 2 root canal ).
I asked for his fees and paid digitally (400 INR) but I couldn't get my X-ray though he charged for it.
Overall .. I wasn't expecting such an experience with the kind of reviews I read on this page.
For me personally..It was not great service. I thought I had visited some government hospital for a check up. He made me believe this.
I am just putting my experience nothing personal.
This was my first visit to this clinic and hopefully the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic to get an estimate of the root canal. They didn't tell me the cost, saying it depends on patient to patient. Basically I had to go for a checkup, estimate was higher than my expectation and consultation fees just to get the estimate.
