Not take the responsibility Once it is sold to u ....Even for the Regular Customers there is no way of Guarantee.
Rude & Pathetic response...they are only to sale & make profit but not for after Sale service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a kurti and they said that the altering will be done in 1-2 hours. I returned to the shop in 3-4 hours and by then they literally just lost my purchased piece. I was so frustrated and then I had to wait for 1.5 hour more so that they could find my piece. And when I went to the counter section to complain about it they just left it unanswered. The clothes are good there but the service is really really poor. Go there only when u need clothes in an emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent collection but problem is with outfit alterations. The store doesn't own any problem with cloth alteration. I visited the store twice to collect an outfit but still it wasn't ready even after getting confirmation from store. Very poor service in terms of alterations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff and owner. Highly arrogant and rude behaviour. Overpriced and defective stuff. Not worth visiting this shop as they sell defective products and when you go there to change their behaviour is very rude. I wasted my money at this store so would not recommend this to anyone.

They sell the product but do a blunder of product during alteration.firstly it is very less likely that they give the product on time, later on when they give after poor alteration they make excuses that this will be fit and adjust etc etc...even though it can be seen easily that it is already of no use for you.
Forget about your product even after wasting your hard earned money. This shop will give you nothing in return except regret.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
