★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a 6 ring modern chandelier (order number 3313). It had lots of scratches hence i asked for a replacement. I was told i will have to bear shipping charges which will be reimbursed later once i receive replacement product. When I received the replacement product it did not have screw sets which is needed to hang the chandelier from ceiling. I emailed/messaged/called customer support but my call/message/email was not answered. It's been 7 days and I can't hang my chandelier due to missing spare parts. I had spent 16k for this product which has gone to waste. I also haven't received the reimbursement for shipping charges. Would urge everyone to avoid this unprofessional website. I have attached the WhatsApp screenshot where it can be seen that all my messages have been ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their chandeliers are stunning! It does take some time to assemble but it is worth it! It looks way more expensive than the price. Everyone that has walked in has commented on the beauty of this light. The light is fairly bright also. Words can not express how pleased I am with this product. I plan on checking this vendors inventory for lighting for another room also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good quality and well made lighting fixtures . Easy to setup and install. I just turned off the electricity, propped it up on a stool on the island counter. Hooked up the wires, then pushed to the ceiling until I secured in the first screw. Modern yet rustic appeal. Looks amazing over the island too. Good price, highly recommend.
