★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are very high as compared to the quality they provide and according to the owner they have expiry for all the kurtis or dresses they sell. The dress which I brought was kept in the cupboard for 4 months and now when i have to use it for the first time ,it developed a big pale yellow patch on the front side of the dress. I told the problem to the owner of fantasy fashions (lokhandwala). The owner backed out saying this is not our fault that you haven’t worn it for four months. He said if the dress is expensive it is more likely get spoiled. The quality of dresses here is poor. The dress was kept very well in the pouch as packed by the workers in the shop.
You won’t get any assurance even if you buy expensive dresses. I brought four dresses and this was the dress which was the most expensive of all the four dresses. At the time of purchase the owner is very polite and sweet but after that he is like "I can’t do anything even if you send the dress via courier to us"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and super rude staff . The staff force you to try one costume and won’t show you anything unless you wear it. Once you try it l, all they say is this looks perfect you don’t need to see anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless staff. They force you to take trial, n when we request that will try once we like anything, the staff syas I will not show u any product until n unless u try the first product. Never ever had suggest pathetic experience. No body responsible person is present there, n the whole staff is one n behaves with u rudely. It's a big Shame. What a bad day that I visited such place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt TRAUMATIZED after leaving this shop.This place needs to be called out for FORCING WOMEN to go to a trial room & they kept telling me to come out of the trial room while I was changing .NO clothing store has ever pushed their female customers to come out of the trial room for them to see if it looks good on the customer or not!There is something SERIOUSLY OFF about this place.I told them my kurta size to help them figure out the size but the guy insisted.He wanted me to try more clothes & wouldn’t show me clothes unless I try it on.The staff members(men & women) started behaving rudely the moment they realized that I wasn’t going to try another outfit unless I was sure of buying.They guy at the counter is EERIE.He was shouting at other customers also in the trial room to come out n show everyone .This is sooo OFF!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The owner of the store doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. If you show dress to someone overseas online he won’t like it he will find reasons not to show online. Also if he shows dresses and you don’t like the dress he will be so rude and force you to buy dress, he will be like i have showed you so many dresses how is it possible you didn’t like any. The way he talks so rude feels like you are buying dresses from him for free. If you don’t want to insult yourself please don’t step into this store.
