★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever by a logistics company I've ever experienced. Who TF sends you a message at 10:30 PM saying your package is out for delivery only to be immediately followed by a message of delivery failure. No delivery attempts were made ever. I've not received a single product and my order status is being shown as fulfilled. There's absolutely no way to contact these incompetent people too. So there's no way to raise a complaint. I would give stars in negative, if that was possible in any way. WORST SERVICE EVER. EVEN WORSE THAN A COSMETICS COMPANY WHOSE SERVICE I COULD SWEAR WAS THE WORST EVER (atleast there was a method to raise a complaint)
And the people giving them 5 stars are probably the people who have invested in this good for nothing company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistent delivery issues. Drivers disregard instructions, don't ring doorbells, leave packages everywhere. No customer service to speak of. Tracking platform doesn't work, just gives a 404 error. DO NOT use this company, please, you will just get tons of customer complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from all of this the work culture of company is amazing. Wheather it's the CEO of company or your manager everyone is really down-to-earth.
They give all the perks to their employees whatever is possible.
Also, the office is situated at a Very good place with all facilities around like ATM, restaurant, and many more food stall nearby.
In short amazing company.

Yesterday, I was interviewed with FayEye for the DevOps Engineer Role. The interview went well and even at the end the interviwer told me to prepare for the 2nd round. But unfortunately, today noon I received an email from FarEye HR, that "There is a budget exercise going on and the hiring is on hold till further notification and also there is no vacancy in the Devops role as of now".
I just wnat to know, If the hiring is on hold and if there is no DevOps Engineer vacancy available then what is the purpose of conducting the interview?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES THAT I HAVE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH.
This is seriously the worst delivery company I have ever seen. I use to use them to deliver my HelloFresh boxes but after 3 consecutive weeks of delivering my package everywhere but where they were instructed I finally called corporate and demand they use another company and now they use USD. The drivers do not follow any instructions and toss packages wherever they see fit, oftentimes damaging the food inside. I've made multiple complaints and there is never anyone who reaches out to me to make my voice feel heard. The worst drivers in the business,( seriously do the research) and nonexistent customer service make this company a perfect example of how NOT to run a logistics company

I was informed that my order is out for delivery and give me the contact person number when i tried to reach him no one answer then around 11:00 PM on the same day they sent me messaged that failed to deliver due to I i did not answer the call when I m not even receive any call from their end. Then next day I called the courier unfortunately he answered, but he told me he not was assigned to deliver in my area and he needs to check with his supervisor but he didn't get back to me. Until now I still received my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars. Hello Fresh has started using this company and since then we have had 2 "deliveries:"
1) First delivery was made on top of our mailbox next to the road in a thunderstorm. We have a long driveway and the box was not delivered to our house and should have been. Everything in the box was ruined due to the torrential downpours.
2) Second delivery - nothing delivered, but our ordered was marked delivered by the courier and a picture of a Hello Fresh box on a patch of grass next to a tree was uploaded as proof of delivery. Absolutely no way to figure out what random patch of grass our Hello Fresh box was delivered to.
UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE SERVICE
