β β β β β For a decade, I wanted to buy a Classic 350, but work and other commitments took it away. Turned 40, and I decided it was time, waited for the NewBorn but still had my eyes on the Classic Black which I nearly missed buying new from showroom.
Watched 100+ videos of karol bagh shops, second hand dealers but never had a chance to go there in person - Trust was what I could not gather on them.
Had been crossing Fatboy Customs for over a year and this time I decided to call Kunal for help. I could clearly feel the passion, honesty for his work, ear to hear all my requests and he immediately went all out to find me my dream machine, ensuring that it was what the dealer said it was.
Kunal hosted me for almost 2hrs, cleared my doubts and the way he builds your trust and confidence, it was a Done Deal! on the table. Fatboy Customs not only helped with a great deal, but at the same time, personally spent hours to tune up/service/sound-it and make-it look like new.
Its just amazing to see a bunch of enthusiasts build such a great place, and it's not just me, I sensed so many bikers dropping by and leaving their prized possessions in able hands of Kunal and his staff.

My suzuki had charging problems and my wife's bike rim problems.

Best place in and around Gurgaon to get your bikes a change over.

β β β β β Got my 2009 Electra restored at Fatboy and boy what a work these guys didβ¦ it looks like brand new model and within first week I got people asking if it is a new launch !! Kunal is quite transparent and will explain every aspect in detail with the expected costs. As most of us do, I got to know about Fatboy online and went through the reviews before approaching Kunal who is quite a humble and knowledgable guy. β β β β β I consider myself lucky to have interacted with FatBoy Customs i.e. Mr. Kunal Bhatia (Director @ FatBoy). Since I bought my bike, I was getting HER serviced thru Enfield - Authorised Service Stations only. Even after spending hefty amount on my bike, I was not happy with the kind of performance, ride quality, looks β¦ I was getting out of it. I am a property Consultant based in New Gurgaon β¦ I didnβt get enough time to search on the net. One day a very close friend of mine searched on the net and told me about FatBoy Customs and asked me to be at the workshop and interact with the owner. I called him and took the appointment and to my surprise β¦ He is true exception to that image of 'how a typical Gurgaon based Workshop ownerβs would behave'. His attitude is very professional. I have seen him giving more importance to customer satisfaction. And that's the reason I have stopped getting my bike serviced from the so called Enfield - Authorised Service Station.
