I would like to share my experience of going to the Federal Court of Canada represented by my Counsel Mr. Navratan Singh Fateh to fight my unjust refusal by the IRCC. I had applied for a visitor visa to Canada for the purpose of meeting my biological brother and his family whom I am very close to. I am a working professional and so is my brother and his wife. We are well settled in our respective countries of residence i.e., India and Canada. The reasons for my refusal were unjust and unfair. My entire family is in Canada but I was forced to come back to India because of financial circumstances and my employment in India. I was given mixed immigration advise by everyone in India.
