★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i studied there 1974- 1983 it was one of the few good school in Malad for English medium.Pratape teacher was the best for English n History.Sunil Sir for Chemistry n Maths.Our Principal Singh sir was the most feared Personality.He was tough n extremely strict.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school was a good school earlier, my brother has done his schooling here, but now this school are so desperate for money that they hire their classroom to scammers and fraudsters on weekends. This fraudsters lure people by advertising in famous newspaper for job offers of various kind. When people approach them then they call them in their office and at first ask a nominal amount for registration, later they ask people to attain for a short training in fatema devi school. When a person is ready and visit the school they demand another small amount before training. After paying training amount they are made to sit in classroom and then they are introduced to another fake HR who once again demand another amount for job offer letter. After paying all those money people just keep on calling their office numbers but no job offer letter or the paid amount is refunded. The amount collected by this fraudsters are very small ranging from Rs.2000 to 4000, so the person cheated does not get entertained even by police. I hope this scam is busted one day.

But 2 3 teachers are still there who doesn't value student but like *chamchas* ..and degrades other students too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All,This Is My School, once a famous and most sought after school in Malad,Mumbai. I was in 2002 batch...good friends,teachers and my childhood school experience is memorable! I am what I am today is This school's contribution too.We had amazing trs n I still miss them, late Jay Sharma,Kenneth Sir,John Sir,Shalini maam,Sumedha maam,JollyMaam Mable tr,Pandya Sir,Bahadur Sir n Many more. They were so INSPIRING, the result is I am myself a Teacher! IF I could repay, what my school gave me,I would be grateful and obliged! Fatima Devi Rocks ???

Uncooperative staff and principal sir..himself !!!
Since I don't have an email id of the school or the current principal, i'm using the this platform to put forth my concern. I have requested for the duplicate of the School leaving certificate. It has been more than two weeks now, they are just making us run from pillar to post after submitting all the relevant documents.
I feel that the school authorities are taking it up very very causal. Till date we have four to five visits to my school and every time they have a lame excuse to tell us.
Overall very sad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started schooling in 1965 at this school, but KG to 2nd was at a different location also in Malad and what I am able to recall it was an old house type building with a small open area in the front where we had the morning assembly and also played there. 3rd and 4th was here in this building by the railway tracks. I left Fatima Devi after the 4th standard as we moved to a different part of the city in 1970. I still remember the name of my KG class teacher, Mrs. Agaskar. She was a lovely, loving and kind lady, most likely Mrs. Furtado in the 1st and Mrs. Pinto in the 2nd, can't recall the names of the 3rd and 4th standard teachers. Our school bus used to be parked on the street in front of the school. I still have the class photos from here, lovely memories.
