Took appointment over the phone for a cardiologist but quite surprise to witness the favouritism at the clinic. Known people are given first preference to visit the doctor because it is situated at a locality and the one who is new have to wait for more than an hour for consultation.
InterestingFact: No one knows about the First Come First Serve Basis (Nothing Displayed).
Another Fact : Numbers for appointment are given and kept handy by the management for favouritism.
