★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided by the people working at the store was good, they were friendly but, the dresses weren't displayed in an organized manner. Amidst the pandemic, no social distancing was followed within the store. Trial clothes were dropped on the floor of the trial rooms with no one there to clear the mess. A part of this could be because of the huge losses FBB is facing in these uncertain times but that still cannot defend the basic cleanliness that the store needs to maintain.

Trial rooms aren't great.
The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the staff (not the billing counter staff).
The helper staff is very good. Not an expensive store. Good for buying casual clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of variety but sizes are not available. Winter collection is ok ok. Summer collection is good. If you are looking for denims and leather jacket then very limited amount sizes and clothing is available. Good deals. Card payment is accepted here. Clothes quality is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FBB Dwarka sec 7 was a horrible experience with no AIR CONDITIONING WORKING AND NO WATER AVAILABLE INSIDE... ON TOP OF THAT IT TOOK 35 MINUTES TO PAY MY PURCHASES THE CASHIER WAS ADAMANT RUSTIC WITH NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER RELATION IT EVEN WENT FURTHER AND WHEN MANAGER CAME HE SAID HE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... WE SPEND SO MUCH OF MONEY AT FBB EVERY NOW AND THEN.... THE KIMD OF DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR WE RECIEVED AT FBB DWARKA... I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY AND WONT MYSELF EVER GO AGAIN UNTIL SOME STRICT ACTION TAKES PLACE AGAINST MANAGER CASHIER AND ALL OTHERS THISE WHO PRESENT TODAY AT FBB STORE ... THEY EVEN TILD ME WRITW 19.4.201O AS DATE OT CONOLAINT A D TOLD ME THST IT WILL BE TAKEN UP FASTER WHICH IS FALSE ... I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN TODAYS DATE... A VERY GHASTLY EXPERIENCE....*@##@#**@@@**###@***!:#**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very clean and calm you can come here.Fbb is best shop for purchasing any item like girls,kids man and other you can purchase any kind clothes and shoes also. Now a days in fbb have offer here so you try this shopping place you give your review. In Delhi have lots of Fbb store so you can try any after give a suggestion of your for Fbb store and after all you Fbb card you try in store that time give discounts for you. My question for why we all go bigmart any kind of store anyone you didn't go anywhere you can here and try first how it's quality of products. But still you remember it's not a cheap price like Vishal mega mart type it's very cheap but Fbb it's little bit costly so you remember this thing. Fbb is a place of valve. It's Fbb right now is Ramfal chowk it's place is very cword because this name famous in Delhi. First of all you come with car because this area have to crowd so be alert of this thing you can come on by bike any kind of two wheeler

1. Collection: Good selection of formals and casuals for all sections including kids. 3 storied building. Exchange allowed within few days (with bill).
2. Staff : shortage is severely felt.
3. Budget : Discounts are only for a select few. (20-30%). Not sure of availability of festive offers.
4. Time spent : Billing is relatively fast. But only 2 counters may make it tiring.
5. Accessibility : easily Visible from road side.
6. Parking : No dedicated parking area. Have to manage by self.
7. Payment : Cash and Card payment available.
