Paid higher than normal charged for 8 persons from Bagdogra to Gangtok & then to lachen, lachung, gurudongmar lake but first day an old Tata Sumo for 8 persons from Bagdogra to Gangtok & next day stuck in Gangtok as no transportation available!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a new client wanting to hire them please do not bother calling them. I just called them 2 times - The reception was very rude. The first thing they will ask you is who you want to speak with in a way like YOU SHOULD KNOW..as if you know everyone in their company and you should know which department you need to speak with as well. All I asked was for a client servicing manager or someone who could help me with taking care of a conference and it felt like I asked for a loan from them. Very SAD! Being in the service Industry this is the least you can do , be polite!
