only they give prefernce to their business only they won't give you service. they give you importance when you go for gold loan but once you got loan then any issue you raise like additional amount means if you paid interest but it was not added into their system your amount wont come immediately and you shoud wait at list 3 months even though no one will call you and mail you that your amount will come so on time. and 3months also doughty?
* And local Branch Manager never give you proper responce and even he never share you their superiors.
* if you go through their website there customer number only one but its never answerable.
* Please don't west your money, people will go for GOLD LOAN MEANS COZ OF personal emergency loan. so better you go to the banks. Banks wont charge day wise interest.
