★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess the customer service is something that needs to be thought... I have experienced it couple of times. All the staff behave rude and don't even have a smile on their face. Need to learn from other banks.. We come to the bank to get help. Buy we often raise our voice and spoil our mood instead.
Need the head office to restructure the staff so that better care is given to customers..
