__For receiving things and not for sending__
They will call you before coming to your address if you have used express shipping, like standard overnight.
✓Good staff
✓They talk nicely
✓They don't talk much about what your are buying, why you are buying, unlike others who keep on talking unnecessarily
✓You have to tell them address if they phone you, or you can even tell them to visit a certain place and pick up the parcel from there(Very convenient)
✓They deliver things fast.
Cons-
×Basically, I have used their service for one time.
But I must tell you, I told them to come near my provided address and I received the parcel from there.
×After proper delivery of the product (Signing), I received an email after 1 day, stating that your shipment is delivered. Seriously, after 1 day from the original delivery date.
×In that email, it was clearly written, the parcel has been delivered to the front desk! I never thought that, visiting a place other than the provided address is called as the front desk. It would be better if they have delivered it to my home directly and then stated that it has been deliver to my front desk.

received my courier after 17 days
My sister sent rakhi 10 days before RakshaBandan and order reached to their main office in my city 3 days before but they didn't deliver it
then after 5 days of RakshaBandan delivery boy called me but he was talking very rudely he was standing at some place and calling me to reach there and he refused to come at main location,it was like they are doing it for free
