★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fedex jaipur ground team especially the delivery and pickup guys are the worst. Think of themselves the owner of the company, no manners to talk to customers.
After paying such huge amount for each shipment, they treat us as if we are their servants.
Pick up guys are sooo rude and pathetic.
Always saying NO to pickup shipments.
They should really do something about their staff because even after working with fedex for 3 years, i am considering DHL.
GO FOR DHL EXPRESS.
Much nicer staff and timely services.

They do not provide assistance to customers, and no one accepts responsibility. Monika, the account manager, vanished without picking up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience. Fedex service is outsourced to 'Delivery' In India and they are unprofessional. Those folks came to my place for pickup without any envelope and when requested to provide one, they said, it cannot be done today, and they will reevaluate it on Monday. I had to send the document on that day itself so, I called up customer care to escalate this and they said, they cannot reach (/escalate) Delivery Service and can only make request for delivery. Then Finally I arrange envelope from outside. Wasted half a day.
