★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys NEVER pick up their phone and NEVER deliver on time. It doesn't matter if you shoot an email or call their top management they are ready with excuses. These guys provide FEDUP service, worst courier service provide in this world, even a simple postman is much better than these guys. Theirs is T.H.E. shittiest overcharged service in India. They spoil their name here like it's nobody's business. Understaffed illiterate lazy tardy turds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fedex...hahahahhahaa....they fail to deliver package on time and then are smart enough to update their tracking page as "Customer not available or business closed" and the funniest part..when you call their Fedex Sector 23 office, the number given is out of service.. no way to contact them...their service sucks...do not go by their international brand name...in India they are good for nothing..Please refrain..

Personnel are lazy and uncooperative and I would recommend to not use this service, last time they delayed my package by 3 weeks past the expected date and just now, I have had to cancel my flight plans waiting for a package that is already 5 days past the expected date, they call you everyday assuring the delivery to be by the next day but apparently they wait till they feel like delivering, they tell you its issues with the address but won't deliver even after that is resolved, by the way all my packages from amazon or flipkart always reach the address just fine, their service is just a charade, the Chandigarh branch is just plain lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't accept credit cards so take enough cash. The lady at the front desk was helpful and patient. She informed me that I'd be better off booking my delivery online on account of special discounts. That I found out was indeed true but I went ahead nonetheless on account of time constraints. Wish the call center guys had given me this tip earlier when I had spoken to them. Oh and don't end up at their branch at Industrial Area Phase 1 Chandigarh because they entertain only those with FedEx accounts. Wish the call center guys had told me this as well and saved me the time commuting between their two branches !!
