1# Shipment arrives at Kolkata Hub for delivery.
2# Immediately tags and assigns new tracking to ship back to sender with ZERO contact & delivery attempt made for receiving customers.
They prefer to return shipment(on their own) instead delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, After the shipment reached from Mumbai to kolkata, the shipment was 13 days late to nearest place Burdwan.. While the distance between Burdwan and kolkata is hardly 3 to 4 hours ....but...they took 13 days....
I call their customers services numbers frequently....?why one customer should have to call you?? ..Team FedEx????
You must need to upgrade your customer service quality ?
Yes, I will not lie that,after calling, the shipment arrived to me after 1 day,..the behaviour of delivery uncle is good..
But..
It doesn't matter ?
You have to improve your customer service quality...@Team FedEx.

For international parcel or package they are probably looking for some additional money.....which is kind of hofta or bribe in our beloved West Bengal. They say that custom clearance is the reason for delivery delay, but they themselves are delaying delivery because they want some!
