I called them for my prepaid goods, they told that there is no courier at my name. When I reached at the office i found the goods just beside him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 10th June evening I have placed one important document to deliver by FedEx to Osaka at the Bolpur FedEx office at trisulapatty by myself and paid 2600. Bablu the person received told me that it will be delivered by 4 days. I was told that money receipt will come through email.
On enquiry I found that the item was sent first by Times Express to New Delhi from Burdwan and then by TNT to Japan. The item was delivered on 18th.
My purpose of sending has now become meaningless!!
Till now I have not received the money receipt!!
I had a talk with the Bolpur office, but except of saying Sorry they have nothing to say. They said FedEx has no service at Japan! Ridiculous!!
I request FedEx to look into the matter seriously.

Was expecting a super important document from abroad and even though it had reached their office, they refused to ship it to my location saying that they never received any package yet. And best thing is after contacting customer support and submitting a complaint, they suddenly call me back and deliver the parcel within 2 hours!
