★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I borrowed a ergonomics chair during lockdown as need to work from home. Within 1 month the seating area got dabbed as there is plywood issue I complained the same and they told they will send a carpenter to look into it..... To send the carpenter it took them 4 months Nov and my back ache problem already started.... I went to the shop and they told withing Jan3 or jan4 they will replace the seat and will contact me..... No contact done and no follow up from there side...
Also they have send a defective piece not only in terms of seat but the head reast has one show piece missing
They only know how to sell defective piece to customes and with no doubt post service is worst... Commienment level 0....I am approaching Consumer forum...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deliver very poor quality furniture, The owner is a layer. I was ordered a dining table of 70000 rs. They deliver me a broken table and a broken chair. I complain about this and he promised me to change it. But in two years he doesn't change it. I completed him several times. Wood quality is the worst. Wood attack by termite. I lose my 70000. You should be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst furniture store in the locality. Go at your own risk if you want to waste your money. Absolutely pathetic after sales service. The owner or manager is rude . Doesn't even bother to help in servicing. They will find out excuses to not provide service if something needs repairing. Even if u agree to pay they will never deliver on time saying part not available. Horrible experience. Stay away from this place instead pay little more from a branded store nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are conflicting reports about its service. Since I didn't buy anything I am a bit skeptic about their products on offer. But it appears that they do have lovely designed furnitures in wide range. A little expensive though.

Now come to the product quality , sales staffs aren't sure about what material is used. The sales lady named Moumita was very unapproachable,she's lacking of product knowledge ,warranty policy, said furniture are made of
" BOARD IMPORTED FROM MALAYSIA "
As said by them, they do offer customization with materials like board , plywood, and teak. Even after a lot of discount its easy to say that I'm not investing my money on a product which has no good quality of lock , lamination , over all finish handles, & majorly MATERIAL .
Visit once and check their materials minutely before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased curtain fabric from them it was definitely good but within 15daya suddenly the curtain rod came out of the wall and I started calling them but no solution is being offered from their side. Is it for this service we pay such a huge amount?? It's been 5days and continuous calling they are not worthy as they might seem.
