★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked there as an admin for one & half year, work is very pressurised, have to fullfill all of HODs need at a time with single handedly, first company I have ever seen where, office peons are directly reporting to CEO/MD, no process, no proper use of software, despite having software still working on papers, alot of papers, no stability of job, everyday is unpredictable.
Not a single employee praise the company,no one, Boss is always right policy, don't value the employees, even some of employee are doing only gossiping for which they paid for, all the things happenen except work, some of HODs plays very professional politics.
On the otherhand some HODs of middle management are very good, professional and understandable, company is truly good, but management is not.
If you really seeking the opportunity, growth,peace of mind with clam professional environment then this is not for you my dear, rest of all you'll understand after you entered in office, if you would go after reading this review.
