The shoes are unique in looks and marvellous in comfort. Finding a completely handmade shoe at such a budget is practically impossible in the Indian market. The brand is doing game changing stuff and changing the face of Indian shoe industry.

I requested a pair of shoe to be made. From the beginning till the day I received my shoe, the people concerned were very courteous. I received the delivery of the shoe well in time and upto my expectations. The made to order service is excellent and the effort put to create a shoe is amazing. The finished product is of great quality. I would recommend this service to my family and friends.

Needed some quality, comfortable formal shoes and was put on to Fellmonger by a friend - ended up buying 3 pairs (Oxfords, Double-Monks and a blue Patina). The experience of getting and trying the shoes was excellent, Gaurav has clearly got a solid knowledge base and passion for his product and it was very pleasant interacting with him. The shoes themselves have been extremely comfortable to wear, requiring very little "breaking in" time and have given me no pinches or undue pressure or any trouble at all and I've worn each of them all day while at work and till the evening with no hassle. Will definitely be looking to Fellmonger when I need more such footwear in the future - quality and service and VERY good value for money. Great work guys, all the best to you.

The look, feel and comfort of a shoe is extremely important while making a purchase. And as Indians, we've come to simply accept inferior quality shoes, even from premium brands. And then comes along, Fellmonger.. I waited 2 months to actually visit the store in Delhi before I made the decision to purchase. The quality of the leather, the premium construction and the overall comfort of the shoes floored me completely. Added arch support, ankle padding.. they seem like such small additions, but make a world of difference to the comfort of the shoe. Gaurav clearly loves what he does and it shows in the shoes that he makes. Highly impressed and eagerly waiting to come back and buy some more...

You've got to own it to believe it ? I've bought two shoes from them so far - a tassel loafer and a split toe derby.. both are top notch in terms of quality and comfort The technicalities are all taken care of so you can be assured that you'll get a solid product when you buy their shoes I look forward to having more Fellmonger shoes in my collection ?

I had a strange experience with this firm and was left bewildered and disappointed. I ordered something from their website for which i was asked to submit my bespoke foot sketch. However, after weeks and weeks of waiting I had to go to their office which is in not a very visit-friendly area! Certainly not equitable to what I payed for those boots. Once inside, I'm told that the original Burgundy colored boots that I ordered have never materialized, so I can either wait a few more weeks to get them or i can settle for another color. I needed them urgently so I settled, but was offered a other designs as well. Which leads me to believe that my "bespoke" order was simply never processed. The shoe itself, was not an exact match with the product on their website. Besides the color difference, the sole was too thin and made the whole shoe look smaller and incongruous. So I had to get the soles changed to a more appropriate size. The laces given to me were either too short or too long. So I had to buy appropriate laces from elsewhere as well. As it was a bespoke order, or so I thought, I asked them to not include any branding but as we all know, that order was simply not processed. I believe a business is a lot more than just their products and when you're categorizing yourself as a premium experience you have to go that extra step. Here, it was lacking. There is no team dedicated to customer care, just some guy on WhatsApp who will call you whenever he wants. It was almost as if I was not his customer but his business partner or confidante. Very unprofessional. I have since found better services in the city for my bespoke shoe needs.

Overall the experience was depressing and a huge waste of time (I hope not money, cuz he has to refund). For the owner the customer complaint is branded as "sorrow sing'". The overall experience is sick. Paid 12k advance for a made-to-order pair of boots for somebody very close to me, visiting from USA. On pickup day(21-12-21), we found the boots had defect(s): 1. Uncolored leather was visible when the shoe flexed. That was bad workmanship and bad Quality Control. 2. On the day we ordered (10-12-21), we showed him a Thursday Boot (it's an American brand) pic, which is a boot with a goodyear welt as an example. We were also showed a boot he had as an example and were told that the boot would come out exactly same as that one except the grainy texture. Grainy texture cuz we were suggested milled leather for the same boot design with the Goodyear welt (we wanted Goodyear welt). However, in our shoe there was a gap between the welt and the upper when the shoe flexed, which is an invitation to deposit of moisture, dirt and debry, which would result in damaging the 12k shoe. 3. We were promised that it would be fixed and delivered by courier on 24-12-2021. 4. On the night of 21 December, I put in a WhatsApp message to him again reiterating my concerns so that it is taken care of to the fullest. It is to this that the owner (I think Gaurav Bhatia is this name), branded my concern as a "sorrow song". 5. Because of everything that transpired, I lost confidence in Fellmonger and its owner. I therefore asked him to keep the shoes cuz we don't want it (which politely speaking means a "refund"). 6. The person I ordered it for send him a WhatsApp msg (no reply). Then the owner was called, the call was picked up, but it was disconnected on hearing the customer name. The call and msg was sent cuz neither the shoes were delivered, not the refund processed. 7. Fellmonger and its owner have freedom to not take a call once the refund is processed. 8. The aforesaid has resulted in great discomfort to me personally. Loss of face cuz it was meant to be a gift for a person very close to me( the person also accompanied me to Fellmonger twice for sizing and pickup respectively). And in no less measure, the loss of 2 half days work due to commute to and from Sarita Vihar-Lodhi Road-Fellmonger (Mansarovar Garden). Overall the experience was depressing and a huge waste of time (I hope not money cuz he has to refund). Edit:Within 2-3 hours of writing the review, the shoes were shipped to us and duly received. The uncolored leather between the welt and the leather asmentioned in (1) above was still visible. The same was also showed to the person who delivered the shoes. Due to this, now sending the "brand new shoes" for professional repair. Estimated repair cost Rs.650-800.
