Adding to Nikita's comments - I completely agree. This was a poor and rather unsettling experience. In the middle of planning a wedding, the last thing you need is your tailor not being responsive to your calls/messages and not paying heed to any inputs given. This has got absolutely NOTHING to do with the payment and everything to do with the basics of operating any business - you need to be responsive to your customers and you need to take into consideration their inputs post trial - both of which Jiana didn't do. In response to the owner's comment: For someone who claims to be a designer and to have been in the business for years, it seems that the owner has very POOR attention to details and consumer inputs. Let me help you with that: 1. When we came for the trial, we pointed out the inconsistencies in the outfit, specifically my outfit- the cup being improper, the stitching looking odd, you assured us that it would go away after ironing and that it still needed some final touches. Please also note, that intially I did find the fitting a bit too tight, but you assured me that that's how it was supposed to be. So, I agreed to it. 2. Despite that, we sent you a detailed WRITTEN feedback over WhatsApp on the things that needed to be fixed. 3. Even after that, when we came to collect the dress, the cups still looked improper, the stitching still had inconsistencies. So much so that we had to request you to REMOVE the cups. Also, kindly note that none of us have the time or the energy to post detailed reviews and responses to the owner under "peer pressure". If work is bad and unprofessional it needs to be called out and that is exactly what we are doing.

Had a great experience with Felomhe. My wife & daughters got 4 gowns made. The fit was absolutely great. And fabric quality was amazing. Juana is absolutely a great designer who suggests the best. Thank you Felomhe

This dress was just what I needed! Perfect length for what I want and love the sleeve like flowing look! It is a little see through right around your stomach/upper stomach area as I bought white but I am just going to wear a tan slip and it covers it nicely! I had the best experience!! Totally worth it , thanks jiana and felomhe!♥️

Jianna’s website (Felhome) seemed impressive and she was very sweet initially. I connected with her for 4 Bridesmaids Gowns. Unfortunately, right after the first payment, Jianna’s interest declined significantly. She had almost a month to stitch the gowns. She called up a week before the trial and told me she would meet to show me the linings before stitching. We plan a tentative date and time ..And then nothing… No proper replies on Whatsapp, no response to my calls. Turns out she already started the stitching without showing me the lining. For the Trials: The gowns had tons of issues, the cups were dented, the stitching was bad, the pleates were slanting, but Jianna’s response to everything was – After ironing it will go away. We told her in detail of all the corrections and messaged her the same as well to avoid any confusion. A week later we’re ready to pick up the dresses, but then a lot of the changes we had spoken about hadn’t been made. So, we sat there for the next two hours, trying to get our changes made. Overall, the experience just added a lot of a stress to an already stressful time. This wouldn’t be the case if Jianna had just maintained some form of professional courtesy and had done a better job with the gowns. TLDR: Mediocre stitching work, shockingly different from what you see on their website. Go here if you can afford therapy. In reply to Jiana: Anyone reading my review can tell that the review is based on Jianna’s pathetic work ethic and disrespect for her own work. The gowns she gave were garbage. So mucj so that we had to get one of the gowns restitched completely. The money was given to her on time whenever she asked for it. And I have screenshot to prove the same Own up to your mistakes. You had a dog sitting and rubbing its butt on a clients gown in your studio You clearly have no shame.

If there was an option to give -0 then i would have given u that. Guys, reaching out to this women for your d-day dress would be the greatest mistake of your life. All you would end up buying from her is loads of stress and a badly stitched dress and last minute run to another tailor. My friend contacted her for 4 bridesmaid dresses. This women who calls herself a designer is worst than a roadside tailor who does alteration work. She doesn't take responsibility of her job and treats clients badly. Nor does she respects her work nor her clients and loots them happily and then she has the audacity to reply to her clients that they don't want to pay up for the product. Utter rubbish.

One of the best place to visit if you want wonderful custom made gowns. I got gowns made for my daughters and the fit is amazing.. an added advantage we get is the suggestions by Jiana the proprietor and designer herself, who will not only help you with the selection of material but also with the suitable design to go with it... overall best experience... ??

Jiana has done an absolutely shoddy job. Completely unprofessional and what's worse she gaslights she customers. I know she will say I am not a customer she served and pretend this is a fake review or give some weak justification for this review. But my friend got her bridesmaids dresses stitched from her and I am privy to the struggle she faced in reaching out to Jiana. One of the bridesmaids' gowns had to be restitched altogether. They had to buy new material, connect with a new tailor and start from scratch. That too mere days before the wedding because of the mess she had made of it. Jiana is rude and very poor at communicating with customers once she has taken their order. What she charges for her dresses just doesn't merit the quality she provides.

Felomhe, saved me... I ordered a dress months before from different source, but showed no signs of dress getting delivered on time. And just five days before the reception, Jiana saved me with this beautiful dress, Just on time, So far as to deliver the dress, around mid night, She put so much efforts, probably even working on 31st Dec. I really appreciate Jiana, and thanks felomhe for saving me on this important day. Also the dress was amazing, awesome from quality, and feel to looks. It was perfect. ? ❤️. This will be the most memorable day of my life. I felt great wearing. Thanks Jiana, thanks Felomhe. ❤️?
