★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and impatient doctor. Consulted at cloud nine for preliminary check and made it really difficult to explain my situation. Even for follow ups her attitude was really arrogant and pathetic. Would recommend everyone to not consult her at all.
Edit: As per the response from dr. Sonal. It is not about the wait time while you are dealing with some other emergency, everyone understands that. It was about how you treated the concerns in the first instance. Patients are already stressed due to medical concerns and a little empathy in the response greatly helps the family in critical times. I do not think that you understood the above review, it is about the face to face interaction first in the clinic. Additionally today’s concern was not just related to appointment as well. Perhaps a little more time spent on understanding the queries might help. It is a simple request - be emphatic. Patient cannot assess emergencies, doctors can - so please be patient enough to explain. Thank you so much.

human being I have visited her for my wife's
(Pragya) 1st Pregnancy, she helped us beyond
limits, a very clear vision what will be solution
with minimum visits minimum medicine and
proper explanation, she made sure that Pragya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much arrogant,she will charge you 500 first and again take 400 for each visit even if you go to show reports she charge you 400 . She will tell you to do the blood tests which are not even necessary. I visited for my wife just for small query and it costs me 5500 . Think before going to consult her.
Doctor, you say that after 48 hrs I need to pay the visit charge , but you told to do the test which require 3 days to get the report then how one can show you the report in 48hrs , and could you please tell why you recommend the sonography if I did it 15 days before.
This type of actions are responsible for loosing the trust.
