High making charges also high gold rate compare to other shops in same market, we asked him to reduce the making charges but he won't listen anything and saying marketing things. Sales staff even don't have manners how to talk with old customers who already bought something from them (almost 50grams - two chains) even showed them bill of Jan 2020 he was arguing with us when we bought that time gold rate was 25k-30k per 10 gram and after we showed him bill he accepted which was around 40k approx rate for 10 gram that time. But overall not good experience and not recommended this to others because how they treat old customers and no respect to their old clients.??
