★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a month and half of waiting n following up,a my money, patience, drives and efforts r in the drains because only sadness and fury can express my feelings after getting all the blouses, alterations etc back from Hema. Such incompetence...how is this business even running I wonder. Doesn't pay attention to the details you give, doesn't take measurements properly, perpetually busy on the phone or other customers. I've a wedding to attend n another place to travel, I cannot wear my blouse to become a laughing stock, it's a bloody t-shirt!! She charges so much but the work is f#&k all, please DO NOT go here for anything else other than purchasing petticoats or materials.
