★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where in the hell is your service centre in kirti nagar, delhi. Google Maps provides incorrect location. Searched for about an hour but was unable to locate it. Atleast give proper and correct address, so that customer can reach to you easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I have sent my speaker for F&D 6000X repair since July 2020, but changed my PCB card and sent it to the old one which was bad And haven't even repaired yet......so plz don't buy this company speaker any product Otherwise you will regret a lot........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a speaker set 2 years back which is still running fine. Now purchased another upgraded version which is not working on the first day of delivery. I will check with the concern e-commerce but why your products are coming from China?
Even the new product is not working and why the hell your speakers need access to my contacts? Why are you shipping malware, it needs to be checked with the concern cybercrime authority. Now, I see people are complaning a lot about your products without any service. Seems China ka mall is all that you have. I never notices earlier but now Indians are strictly against Chinese products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy this company products. Location from Google goes to someone house. Repairing Address is actually adress of whare house. Phone number given is wrong. After all efforts if you reaches its service center you will have shock of your lifetime.

Worst very bad after sale service no one can help you if your speaker is not working or any other issue

VERY BAD SERVICE....Low quality products only 9 months dead
Not working after 9 months of delivery. Even customer care number not working to use the Warranty to repair it. Now my TV is dead. Worst product I have ever seen.
