★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it's not the best of clubhouses... But it has what ever a club house needs.... Well it's decent enough for spending time with friends for a while.... Amenities like pool ,table tennis, swimming pool, tennis court, lawn, park, party Hall, squash room and what not!! It's nice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ferns City Club House is located within a gated residential layout known as Ferns City.
It is exclusive for the residents of Ferns City and is managed by the Ferns City Plot Owners Association.
It has a swimming pool, splash pool, tennis court, badminton court, squash court, well equipped gymnasium, table tennis facility, children's play area among other sports and recreational provisions.
There is a well maintained party lawn with a stage adjacent to the swimming pool for holding outdoor functions. Besides this, there is a party hall, bar, kitchen and dining room.
The party hall and the lawn can be hired by residents and non residents also for private functions.
The charges for non residents are much higher than those for non residents but still comparable to other similar facilities in the vicinity.
The residents can bring their guests to use any of the sports facilities on paying guest charges which depend on the sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple facilities available including swimming pool, badminton court, squash court, tt tables, pool tables. Library I would say should be enhanced. more books could be brought in and some better maintenance would definitely help. There is a huge area which i have seen multiple times booked for private parties and events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lighting is poor and the entrance not marked clearly. The club house is OK and can accommodate 100 plus people, but 50 should be the ideal count. The audio performance can be distributing to neighbours and the hall itself is open.
Visually it ain't any better. Overall, it's a miss.
