★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of small companies exist in this building, nice space to walk , open area at rooftop and has playing area and place to sit on the top floor, cafetetia is ok ok, very less parking space though..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not consider this for your office space. The management of this space hasn't got the minimum courtesy to open the exit doors when there is complete traffic chaos in the front.
People wait for at least 45 minutes right in front of the building to come around to get to the entrance.
Moreover it is very poorly managed with no proper response from the admins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Self sufficient office with a reasonably priced cafeteria. There is sufficient parking at the premise. Spacious elevators, big lobby, and a team that maintains the office well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for working, access to this is kind of easy from Old airport road as one can take the Doddenekundi road.. but from Marathalli becomes difficult due to all the construction work going on in that route.. parking space is limited and building has gym facility at nominal price. Food court has good options and ample seating.
