I have placed home delivery order, and paid special delivery charges to fulfill my need.. but just before few hours guy called me to inform we will now deliver your product 4 hours late... And more shocking they didn't even refunded my charges....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst company I have come across. I have placed a rakhi delivery order with them, which was supposed to be delivered on 1/8/2020.. they have cancelled the order after deducting money for the order and sending me confirmation about delivery date.
Apart from that, they were least bothered to I form about cancellation.
Not sure if they have any idea about how to run a company.
I have prof of all the statements inha e made above.
