β β β β β The roses bouquet that I ordered from FNP SEC- 41,Noida , had arrived prearranged and beautiful with lots of greenery, large blossoms and vibrant coloring, Satisfactory service, trustworthy, staff is very co-operative and friendly, I will recommend all my frnds to order from this store.

β β β β β I ordered a birthday cake for my husband's birthday as I wanted to give him surprise at 12 am at night but the delivery boy came too early and spoiled all that surprise thing. The flowers I ordered along don't even have the natural fragrance !! And a complimentary Greeting Card was also supposed to be with the flowers but it was missing... Ferns N Petals ruined my moment and will never ever give them a chance to embarace me and they charged 1300 rs. For this Pathetic service ?β

β β β β β I had a terrible experience with them for mother's day! Despite paying an expedited delivery fee, my order was delivered late. There was no "arrangement" in this flower arrangement - the requisite flower stems were shoved into the vase in clumps. Contrary to the picture on their site, the bouquet delivered to my mom was all pink, no other colors! It's almost like they ran out of time or forgot to make a bouquet and just took whatever was left and shoved it in a vase. I will never use this florist again!
