★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been two months that I joined this place. Wanted to gain some muscle, didn't have much expectations but I have to say my experience is well above expectations. The trainers are really helpful and they really know their stuff. I've gained 6 kgs since I joined with no unwanted fat gain. All of it is mostly muscle and I am really enjoying this weight training experience.

will I be trained in a right way? Will I be motivated enough to be regular? Will I get healthy diet knowledge?
Trust me, here you get all....
You get a good ambiance and a great trainer who keeps you motivated and have the best knowledge about workout and keeps you motivated.
With excellent machines and regularly rotating/changing exercise schedule, nice environment and good crowd it is must join if you are in vicinity. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has a really nice concept and is not at all crowded with personal attention by trainer. Nitesh really puts in the hardwork with his clients and pushes them to perform better. He has a very jolly nature and tries to understand the requirements of his clients and assists them accordingly. He also helps with the diet plan. It's a must join for all people who need personal assistance or wish to make transformation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the awesome trainers, i like how clean they keep the gym. As a consumer its my top priority that the gym follows a basic sense of cleanliness and its definitely here. They dont even allow shoes on the mats so the mats are also decent in that sense which is impossoble to see anywhere else.
Exercise and diet wise, the trainers are well versed and have designed my diet according to my preferences. So im hopeful i can achieve something in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for 6 months and by far the most genuine people in the fitness industry. The fact that they don't treat you as a cash cow is enough to bring me back here. On top of that they give genuine attention to my fitness goals which is really the icing on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Name of the gym should be Fabulous as they are providing fabulous services, facilities and guidelines :)
They are way different from other traditional gyms such as.
Motivate you to be regular.
Will closely track your growth.
Will suggest you to what and which category of supplements to take. They don’t advertise any brand though which is good part.
Will allow limited number of people at a time so that they can keep focus on each and everyone.
I can surely recommend to go and join Ferrous Fitness as Nitesh and Raj both are professional in each and every aspect same time it is fun to go and workout there as eventually they had become friends.
They are entirely opposite of other gyms where they will take money and there is no focus, guidance from trainers and then you are all alone in your journey which is very tuff without any guidance.
