However the doctor and the equipments are superb.

We have to write the 2 forms completely by ourself. There are 4 receptionist but they asked to fill all form by ourself

Today 15th March 2021. We visited at 3:30pm( even the appointment time was at 4:00PM), 4 patients were already there in queue. Doctor came at 4:30(almost 1:30 hour late). One by one she starts checking the patients. Our number came at 6:30.
Now here is what we observed in 3 hours waiting time.
1. Staffs were very reluctant. Highly careless
2. They allowed other patients who came after us. They were not ready to give explanation for such partiality.
3. There is no punctuality no professionalism
4. According to them 2-3 hour to lagta hi hai sonography me.
5. We were 4th in the list but our number came after 6 or 7 person.
6. It's totally monopoly as our doctor
recommended her. They knows ki patients will come whatever you behave.
I would love to give negative rating... But can't
