Don't think we could switch to better ISP here. If same goes on I'm better at cellular data

β β β β β Bad experience! Not giving the speed according to my plan and when i ask for this just get a reply that the plroblem is from upper side, we can't do anything. Also, there are regular network breakdowns which are making it very difficult to work from home.

If you come across Piyu Singh in customer service, know that your complaint won't be taken care of.

β β β β β The quality and speed of net is good but the wifi stop working anytime if we call they cut the phone . Services are zero. I have to miss my online class . The bad wifi in whole rohtak is fiber air.

Turly unprofessional behaviour. Nobody will listen to your complaints and aslo there is no complaint number or message would be shared with you so that you could share that with your company for the network failure.
Also the biggest challenge is that if there is some issue with your network post 6PM there would nobody to take your calls!!!!! all the customer care numbers switched off.
I got trapped but no problem I will discontinue to their services ASAP.
Also I will personally suggest everyone to think not twice but thrice to get this internet service!!!!!
very bad behaviour of the owner itself!!!!

β β β β β Ok tbh , those who are saying net speed is bad? They are either all paid by Jio or they try to use the wifi from other corner of the earth lol.
I never faced any speed issue . I even got 1 gbps speed sometime but normally 80-90 Mbps which is really great for the offer they give me. I am giving them 4 star cause no one's perfect but they really are great.

β β β β β Very bad service!... I am tired of using it! and if I call care center or owner of the company... They either don't pick up or just tell to wait... Huh! The Wifi isn't working from past few days and I have been calling the care center twice thrice a day but they aren't ready to fix it! I am gonna switch to new company soon... I can't tolerate this wifi and it's Care center's poor service now. ???
