★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i purchased a fidato cutie from a nearby dealer named Yadav motors ( mohana road, ballabhghar, uncha gaon ,chungi) & with in 1 day I have to faced a big issue with the scooty. Motor no is BYL400255. I purchased this scooty for my wife but for trail today my brother went to his office with this scooty & office is just 15 k.m far away from my house . I charged the battery full. Full battery was charged . But when he was returning to home,, scooty got switched off on the way while 3 battery lines was being shown on the meter before it got switched off & 2nd thing is that my brother has noticed that it already done 350 k.m before we purchased the scooty. He noticed on the meter when reached to office that 350 is being shown on the meter. It means it is an old scooty which already has been used by someone & it is a fraud against us as old scooty with faulty battery has been handover to us. My brother came at home by foot with this scooty. Could you think that if my wife would have to faced the same issue at night . If a girl will face same issue. What a shameful moment it will be.
I had words with concerned company authorities mr pulkit bansal. I told him everything but he is not listening to me. He is saying that it is your fault if you didn't noticed that it already driven 350 k.m & repeating your complaint again & again will not help you. "He is saying that it is not faulty scooty. But for me it is a faulty scooty if I have spent my hard earned money 61000/- on this scooty & even after full charge it gives only 30 k.m & got switched off . Worst customer service ever faced by me .
