I am not an employee, but i was a candidate who got contacted for positions two different times, by two different HRs. Must say, have not seen a worse HR team (gurgaon office) first time i was told since i am not in India currently they cannot proceed with interview. No reason given as to WHY my location was a problem despite work from home going on. Then when i arrived in India specially because Vibha Bathla had said that i should contact her for the job once i was in india, but despite waiting for weeks i got no response from her end. Meanwhile i was contacted by another HR for the second position my resume got shortlisted for, I was told i will be contacted for interview on Saturday, but after receiving no response at all for a couple of weeks i gave up hope. Every alternate day i mailed and texted both the HRs continuously for an update, and received nothing. Today i am being told that they have finished hiring for that position and will be contacting me for future vacancies. All because they were "unable to reach me". and this was just one HR who was kind enough to finally respond, the other HR, because of whom i came to india in the middle of a pandemic has still not acknowledged anything. I understand HRs have a very time consuming job, but this is serious carelessness, and i dont know how the Gurgaon branch is running with such employees.

Worst management you can ever find in any company.. Worst manager Hitesh Arora, Meenakshi. Think 100 times before going in this company to work Gurgaon office.

It is not because company is bad and I am rating low. But the management is extremely poor. It was the 2nd time I approached Fidelity International gurgaon for the interviews since the past 1 years and the story is still same here. When 1st time I was there, there were 300 interviewees from cross profiles and this time too. The issue is, they do mention the InTime in your visitor ID card but not on the resume they take from you..so that they should call in sequence but. What I have seen there in both the times is just not happened with me only. We waited from 9 to 4 just for our 1st round to happen. What happens here, such as they make a pile of resume inside and take randomly from it. Why? When you guys have given slots for the interview then why the person can in last slot had his all rounds done and the 1st slot is not even faced 1st round. This brings many changes inside during an interview guys...try to understand this should not be a determination test it is our talent skill test and match. I hope you don't want a person who just can sit quite for 9 hours. Why the story is same even after 1 year? Why the HR who knows everything but don't take ownership to fix it correct it at the moment? It was not too late when people start realising and stand out with voice and questions about management. Look it is my regular task of life to visit org for interviews when you want to switch. I don't have this company last on earth. But at least you can maintain dignity. There are other many big Orgs also who are conducting interviews parallely on the same day also like Ngarro,HSB, wipro many more, why do they have a good management even if there are 300 applicants with just 5 interviewers. Although everything is conveyed I am missed at one incident. Interviewers there were taking 1st round which lasted at least 20 mins for others till 2 pm. After that they had their lunch and when came back, just took a total 5 min interview which includes walking to the door of interview room, sitting there waiting, then followed by 4 rapid fire questions of selenium. Clearly seems like what they wanted they have got it, just completing the formalities. I mean Why ? You could have sent limited invitations and not contacting multiple recruitment firms and consultancies. You could also have a 20 min written test just to filter a huge part of crowd. Why this isn't adopted yet ? Think about Time now. Grow up Team! Don't waste or loose your energy and our hope.

Though the office location is now not so within the city. But office building and infra is one you will not find easily. It's one of most modern and high-tech infrastructure.
