Happy with their services, m really impress with the way they work & follow up my Relationship manager was very quick and responsive and by God's grace my daughter' alliance has been finalized and the kind of efforts Fidelity team has put in its truly appreciable, my blessings to you all May God bless you guys immensely ?

Absolutely fraud. They just take money and stop reverting after sending few profiles they don’t pick any phones and never make any meeting possible Coordinator Shreya don’t pick any calls

Very pathetic services.. No feedbacks given if we confirm with any profile... You have to run after the mediator for sending up the profiles.... They won't reply or call you back even after constant messages and calls... They make us frustrated with their unreachable and ignorant behaviour and then ble us for our rough attitude towards them.... The only thing they do is keep tranfering us to other relationship managers or keep on giving excuses of health , leaves , out of station , office shifting etc etc..... Even they sent me one profile who after searching on social media site I found him to be married.....

My Journey with Fidelity Matrimonial Services was amazing though it was short as things were finalized through my cordinator Nitika in a very smooth and systematic way really appreciate her efforts and dedication towards her work ?

Absolutely pathetic experience. Initially, they had sent few profiles, but there was never any follow up. Relationship manager is always unavailable. Slowly, we realized that behind matrimonial services they are doing some hidden business. Keeping us hanging since months , they either don't respond to messages or they don't bother to open & read our whatapp messages because they know that the client has already paid & since there is NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, they don't need to pay attention. I have all the proofs of the conversation between me & this company. I was reading the reviews & those who gave them real & negative reviews, just to attack those clients they have written a huge paragraph to condemn their experiences. If you are thinking of investing your money here pls read their responses to negative reviews they have a template prepared that they will edit, copy & paste where no where they are addressing the concerns of their client instead demeaning them for speaking the truth. If you would like to know how they work once the client has paid, then feel free to email us & we will send those WhatsApp conversations which will bring forward the reality of this company. A good & a genuine company company will try to resolve the complaints of their clients instead of attacking them. Whenever we complained about the issues we were facing they just used their pet language "YOU ARE USING FOUL & ABUSIVE LANGUAGE". They have used this statement in the WhatsApp message & here too in the real negative reviews as well. They accused us of using foul language (like they accused here the clients who shared their negative real experiences), when we were only complaining about our bad experience. Then on some fake senior called & assured that the work will be done but still they didn't do the work for which they charge money. I Request GOOGLE TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS THAT THEY ARE RUNNING. THEIR BAD KARMAS WILL MAKE THEM SUFFER. EVERY PENNY THAT HAS BEEN ROBBED FROM PEOPLE USING THE NOBLE MASK OF MATRIMONIAL SERVICES, WILL BE TAKEN BACK MANIFOLD. YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR SINFUL ACTS. Completely FRAUD COMPANY.

A fantastic organisation! Great customer support from beginning till finalization.The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.The service are smooth and straightforward. My Relationship Manager was helpful.

Great work , I am happy with the services I got from Fidelity Matrimonial Services, I wanted the Personalized services and an experienced person who can manage my daughter’s profile and undoubtly they assigned the tenured person who was polished, fluent and most importantly dedicated towards her work. No doubt proper attention was given and services were delivered very proactively.
