Recently I visited the Fiitjee Vasundhara branch, my son had appeared in bbe test and I got the call for counselling from their team so we went for the same. We were then received by the counsellor Mr.Sehgal I guess who was supposed to explain us the whole procedure and we were expecting a lot of input and information which could have helped our son’s doubt but to our suprise or I should say shock Mr.Sehgal was really unprofessional and rude, he didn't share much information about the course and procedures was really in some kind of rush, went in directly for fee elaboration part instead of explaining about the course they have, his way of speaking undoubtedly was very pathetic didn’t feel like we were sitting in one of premier institutions for IIT prep rather it was like a sarkari daftar with a babu sitting infront of us, It was very unpleasantry experience to say the least and we got to know that he was one the very experienced staff and that was even more shocking.
