but only problem we have is, the product which we were looking for was not available in the size we need. the representative took the contact saying he will inform us abt the product when arrive and made us wait for 2 months.., later was indirectly trying to sell the same product in different color for which we denied him on the very first day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a shoe worth about 3.1k in December. The sole came off after first day but there only lies the beginning of a very large problem. The sales folks at the shop do not care about the customers and shoo them off by providing a mail id. That makes you wonder - are these the same folks who sold you those shoes. Truly appalling. The second part of your life goes into writing mails to cravatexbrands.
Despite writing several mails and even visiting the store later, there is only disappointment. Get used to it by now- company won't replace the shoe and the sales folks at the shop just stare at you helpless as days go by.
Long story short, if you have money that is worthless to you and wanna see a brand new shoe ripping off in a couple of days, then this place is truly a must visit.
If such things don't pique your interest , there are plethora of options at korum, feel free to roam around and get a good footwear from any other shop..
