★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much clean , no sanitizer found. Staffs were not using mask. Highly risky place as covid cases are raising.
Billing counter person was not behaving properly with clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Report delivery counter service is not good.It takes one hour to deliver an X-ray report & behavior of staff is very slow, rough & irritating. After 24hours the report was not ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour is totally rubbish, when I asked them about my query, thr person on registration conter called me stupid.. I am also a doctor, but never seen stafff like this. I never prefer mri from here to any of my patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place, poor quality technicians in MRI CT scan and patho technician is at nadir point specially pathology, this center is running only on commission basis they called you on 8 am and staff will come at 9:40am. So save your money and time from this lab and such Dr who ref here.

Except of safety measures as we all know that atleast medical service providers should care for wearing mask or sanitization and also should take precautions for walkin patients in the presence of other hospitalized patients who comes at their centre on wheels. So,if they can provide proper safety measures for Covid-19 pandemic or other transmitted disease they can become one the best diagnosis centre of the city Despite of other odds..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got MRI scan done here. Staff behaviour was very courteous. From receptionist to the technologist every one of them is helpful. They are not rude like other MRI scan centres. Only thing which I didn't like about them was they didn't provide me earplugs before scan. It could be helpful in noise reduction.
