★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably I joined your organisation in2019, I found that whatever works/ activities I sought for were not complied with immediately & in my grand son's folio, I wanted to swich ICICI equity & debt fund to some safer fund, since it was not lucrative at that time & clearly instructed that ICICI Value discovery fund may not be switched but to my surprise ICICI Value discovery fund was swiched to corporate fund & to date I am put to loss for Rs 1lakh+, it shows not only carelessness but un professional approach, because the investor doesn't have complete knowledge of the funds & without knowing the repercussion, the mal action was initiated which resuled into huge loss to me. Please look into the matter seriously, failing which, you will loose your customers. I find that you people are very busy & don't attend the customer's phones & customer has to dial for lot many times to convey his grivances.Mangal ho.
