★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Team Fine Furniture, Kharadi,
We have been following up with you on this chat, with Sameer, Riyaz and Mohsin since December 22nd onward about the cupboards which were removed from our house on Dec 8th or so and have been kept in you warehouse, in your custody on the pretext of repairs being done.
Since Dec. 22nd we have been held at ransom for a payment of INR 10000. We were told that you and your team does not want to do business with us and will do a complete refund.
However, no one has neither initiated a refund nor closed our issue.
It has become clear that this is being done to harass us as customers and that you are trying to cause nuisance.
Hence, we are writing to you to inform you that if you do not take any immediate action we will be forced to approach the Police Station again and file a complaint about you in the Civil Court for conducting fraud and malicious business.
We hope to hear from you with the next steps immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst buying experience with fine furniture, I have ordered a floor to ceiling almirah that cost me 60,000/- first there was negotiations on that, to which I compromised considering the almirah Will be of good quality. With all that in my mind I paid the token which was 10,000/ andy nightmare started. I have bn told that it will be delivered in maximum 3 weeks from now which was 20 August 2020. And after number of reminder calls, on 10th September they delivered the faulty almirah. The sliding doors were not aligned and then I kept on approaching so called customer care, that too didn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. They took the token amount which was half of full price saying that the product will deliver in 7 days. Its been more than 15 days now and still there is no sign of delivery. They just keep lying and doesn't have any manner how to talk to customers.
PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder how these people claim that they are established since 1965, this fine furniture doesn't make furniture. They only make fake commitments & poor quality of material. These people are fake. Their workmanship is fake. Their customer approach is fake. I am highly disappointed with the work they have done. The guys from this shop Riyaz, sunny and Sameer are the worst people I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of furniture very bad. Did not use good quality ply as promised. Service very bad. They took advance but delivered good after following up n number of times and took nearly a year. I wouldn't recommend anybody this store. Their furniture designs are good but quality very low. Nobody attends to the complaints. Everybody right from owner to the staff shoves responsibility on others. Even the owner say he is a worker there. They have no value for customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor quality furniture and on top pathetic customer service after sales. Till you order and pay money you are given VIP treatment post that no one is bothered. I bought a sofa for 35k and within 2 months of use its foam got very loose and later also sinked in at one corner. This pic attached is just after 5 months of purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
