Totally agree - Chor ! hain kaam chor aur seena jori - I will ensure Police complaint is filed for such ill mannered staff and manager. These guy were given walk in order with 2000/- Rs advance for 14000/- single bed. He took money for issuing Quotation receipt and calling it Bill - thereby avoiding Tax payments to zero standard and any delivery after all. Be aware Consumers - these guys and such others are taking all for ride.
The guy came after 2 days and took measurement of our existing mattress and has never since called back. We saw their unprofessional service and went personally with senior citizen to cancel the order to which they were not willing to accept cancellation for genuine reasons of relocation. Yet - these people did not bend to refunding the money in name of wood pices cut on and showing Bill clauses. Pathetic Customer service. Asking more money to self deliver the product or material of advance token paid. Mad or what to pull off more cash to get a product wonder - how will it be made ! If there is any shame left - they should return the money with visiting charges to avoid unnecessary troubles and such pathetic reviews/ratings -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy anything or do not give any order to *Fine Furniture in Kharadi* . They ask for full advance and then speak rudely to the customers and not fulfill their promises to deliver the bought products.
The guy at the store is extremely unprofessional and they deliver cheap second hand products to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad place to shop, they promise big but delivery is extremely delayed with lots of false promises, beware of Sales person called ANWAR, big liar, they take ur money and then keep on delaying the delivery of the promised furniture, quality of furniture made is very poor and not the same as what is displayed in this shop. They are scam artists and should be closed down for blatant cheating honest hardworking customers.
Plz don’t buy anything feom here, they are over priced and quality of finished product is worse than cheap furniture available in market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic workmanship, bad attitude people, unprofessional, low quality work, not adhering to time line even after postponing the material delivery many times, used poor quality plywood and other accessories, they outsource the work and don't take the accountability of bad quality work...! I wasted my money and time.
If anyone needs a good person for furniture work..let me know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star. Do not buy from these people. Material of Product is not upto date and they will really harrass you with not providing after sale product repair in lieu of warranty. I have been chasing them for past 8 months for repair of sofa. They are not even bothered to send someone. If you are reading this review please do not buy from this shop.

Worst furniture buying experience of all times.
First they agreed on a price, and truck a deal after which we paid advance money. Then they came up with some hidden charges which they did not tell us at the time of striking the deal.
After all of this mess we again entered into arguments and negotiations and finally agreed to a price which was more than the initially agreed price and they told us they would deliver the furniture within 15 days.
Even after constant follow up they did not deliver even after a month, and stopped picking up my phone. we had to visit their store multiple times so that they would send us the furniture which was already ready in their store and could be sent the very next day.
To top it all, even after making the full payment on the day of delivery in their account, they sent the tempo for delivery but waited 2 hours to deliver as the credit was not showing in their account.
Finally they made the delivery but delivered faulty material, which we have to live with now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To whomsoever it may concern please please don’t buy furniture from them as they are big cheaters and liar, they sell garbage under the name of furniture with false promises my heartfelt curse all of them should never ever have peace into their life. We advice you to purchase from old Bazaar rather. Last but not least asked your near and dear also, and save them from culprit behaviour & hell, sooner or later they will be punished soon by almighty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bahot bakwaas shop hai! 100% advance lete hai uske baad kharab furniture dete hai. Don't every buy furniture from here. I've placed order in Sep21 and it's not delivered completely even till today. Furniture is also of poor quality. Im lodging a police complaint against them.
