★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A best place to study, with good environment all around.The highlights of the lib are comfortable sitting arrangements with proper lights, fans, and ac's.The speedy wifi, Daily newspaper availability, clean washroom, RO water(hot, cold and normal)are few more facilities available there.
The admin, Jatin bhaiya is also very friendly in nature and respect each candidate of the lib.
If we talk about food and tea then there are many shops around, which are just a step far from the lib.
A cheap lib with all the facilities, which a serious candidate requires is been available at the fine lib.

After studying and wasting my time and money at few libraries at shakarpur..my friend suggested FINE LIBRARY NEAR BENI SWEET
if you give your priority to your career this place must be your only choice..
I am satisfied here ..good work..keep it up....
