Actually gone for ac gas refilling on dated 4 Feb. 2021 but they have shown some issue with compressor valve and change it, Rs. 4000 instead of ac refiling of just Rs. 1100 decided earlier before confirming my visit to solve my car cooling issue. Finetune changed my ac compressor valve by charging hefty amount Rs. 4000. Even Though got realize that compressor ac valve was working fine after checking with my regular car mechanic . As he was not having car ac refiling machine at his workshop so contact finetune at sultan palya R T Nagar Bangalore online and booked for car ac gas refilling. Even my regular mechanic find some paper stuck near ac cabin filter too while checking finetune job, my regular mechanic find some two three paper after taking out ac vent air improve too. Instead of checking actual problem finetune person just interest to make money by fooling customers. Really bad experience from finetune and please be alert friends...

When every word of what I have written is correct. I don't see a reason why I need to delete the post. I had revisited your garage enquiring for steering rack noise issue which immediately started soon after I got the vehicle delivered from you, which was not there when I left the vehicle, but you gave me a lame reason saying suspension issue. When I crossed check with another vendor I learnt that the problem was with steering rack. To cut the long story short, I visited your garage after I notice the problem with the steering rack. However you just covered up by saying it was the suspension issue and discussed the expenses I would incure for the removal of suspension. There after once bitten twice shy, I did not want to make the same mistake of leaving the vehicle for the second time and incure higher charges. Poor service, disappointed with the service. do not leave vehicle in the garage. my vento has oil leak problem, spent 15000 but still issue is not resolved. Broken timing chain case seal. They have stole the original steering rack and replaced with the damaged one. They rectified the oil leak problem and came up with a story saying they will have to replace complete timing chain set which would cost 18k. My vehicle was in the garage for one week. When I left the vehicle the manager told me that he need to fetch the spare part and it will take one week. Later I was not convinced for replacing the entire timing chain set so I told him to replace only the seal. They told its hard to find only the seal. Finally they did the job but still problem not resolved. In the mean time they have changed the steering rack without my notice. After I took the vehicle from the garage steering rack is making noise. Which was not there when I left the vehicle.

I have received valuable service from the Fine Tune team. Service was far better than the Ford authorised service centre and also less expensive.

if you are looking for a personalized and in depth scan of your car, this is the place to go. I use to do my Passat annual service at VW showrooms and i never got health check report and in my experience you deal with sales person than technician in showrooms and mostly end up in paying for expensive and easy to do replacements in showroom. Service and personal are so friendly and you get your car's health report with the photos. The owner Bala is so friendly and explained me about current health and the required changes immediately and future. One good thing i noticed is that he took it as challenge when a complex issue reported with my ABS rather than saying all is well to save time/face. Last thing is about their punctuality of time and commitment.

Paid 12500 for ac repair. All in vain. Did not work for a day also. I gave my Hyundai i20 active for ac repair. They said they are expert in it and my car is in safe hands. Then they said the compressor is gone and needs to be replaced. I was convinced there is a spare compressor which will cost me less and since there is no warranty on new one also it will be a good option. I went ahead. They fit everything and showed me that it is cooling. Immediately after the car came back from garage I had to go out of station. Even after I came back I never used ac since it was quite cold. Recently I went for a long drive and switched on the ac. To my surprise it didn't cool at all. Before this also I had complained that the ac was automatically getting switched on and Mr Balu said he will get it checked but was not very keen on it. Then during the day I had to drive to airport. It was really hot and the ac was blowing hot air. Absolutely no cooling. I paid 12k for this hot air. Then they took my car and said since there is no warranty, but as a goodwill gesture they will charhe 3.5 k more n Make it work but no guarantee. Just an advice if you can't repair do not comit. It's like I paid for an experiment which failed. Update: My car ac is repaired. There was no problem with the compressor or condenser. I paid 3000 for all the repairs. And 1000 for gas. Be ware of this garage. Some of the parts as told were changed and charged for were actually not changed. Pictures attached.

I had a great experience at Fine Tune Automobile. I’ve been there twice for completely different issues and have left the place pretty impressed. Mr. Balu is a thorough professional and has a great sense of customer service and attitude. For both of my issues, he did a thorough investigation before randomly providing an arbitrary quote. He makes sure that the customer is happy with the service and ensures the problems are addressed. If there is anything that could be improved would be his commitment of time as in both occasions there was a reasonable delay. Not that it matters but a living up to the time commitment would have helped me in planning my day given our dependence on the car

This is a long review. I found them on a Google search and called the number. At first I found Balu knowlegeable and experienced. I drive a Nissan Sunny and been servicing it at authorised service center for 10 years now. The authorized service center closed and hence had to look out. Car was taken in the morning on. Friday. He filled the oil and checked the car. He claimed the car has 28000 worth work, I said don't do anything put it back together and he did and returned the car. To my sheer dismay (and on a 4 hour road trip) I heard the clutch making a click sound which was not there. I called him when I was on the trip he did not answer multiple times. Also since he had removed every part of the car even the bearings had got loose making a bad sound. No response at all. I came back to Bangalore he took the car and then while fixing the sound (which according to the authorized service center was done due to mishandling of the car either while pick up or drop or while working on the car ) broke the clutch and without telling me anything just put a plastic clip. Returned the car and then became non responsive. I had to then go to the consumer courts and the police authorities. He was called to the Hebbal police station and agree to the mistake and literally begged to allow him to only pay 50% of the part. The overall experience was really bad. I do not recommend him and please do not leave your car with this center specially if it is a brand name car. This was the maximum resolution I could get at local level but I still think it is important to have such companies reported to cyber crime
