★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a wonderful gym for beginners. The gym is well equipped with a great atmosphere. I had joined the gym due overweight so the diet plans given by Yash sir works amazingly to reduce weight . He is a cool person and explained the diet and how it works and what was my body condition. The trainers here are awesome each one of them Dilip bhai, Bharat bhai and Manjit bhai they are very supportive and they motivated me. Usually Dilip bhai trains me and I lost around 12 kgs. He is a amazing trainer because of his intense workout I lost 12 kgs. So the conclusion is that it is an awesome gym for everyone.
