★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only few shops across entire Pune who knows Customer Service very well. Team is Polite, Prompt, Knowledgeable and capable of addressing queries to the point. I was distressed at a major leak in my old Fish Tank and while all other stores denied the service, Fins n Tails were the Only ones who came to rescue early morning and helped me save my fishes in time. Team helped me build a new custom tank in less than 3 days with a beautiful cover to compliment the setup. It’s your one stop destination for all your needs be it Maintenance, Aquatic supplies, or any other custom needs !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too much of a collection. Owner seems enthusiastic. They also have a small Marine aquarium. Apart from the owner, the other support staff present are ambling about around their job, not really into the aquarium world. So if you know about aquariums and fish, go ahead...do not expect any help unless the owner is present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is co operative and knowledgeable person in his work areas. Good collection of fish with selected and quality fish and pets. May be only shop in Hadapsar and nearby to have marine aquarium set up and fish option. Much recommended.
